May 2016 Retreat

Bob and I are happy to release details of our next yoga retreat, in the stunning 17th Century Chateau de Bardouly, situated in the Dordogne region in South West France. Students will have a week of focusing on and deepening their yoga practice, and unwinding in the beautifully maintained chateau and its surroundings.  Photos of the chateau are below.

The week includes one led Primary Series class, five morning self practice sessions and three afternoon workshops. Outside of the yoga, explore local markets, walk, canoe or cycle around the local area or simply lounge around in the heated pool.  The area boasts many great markets, historic castles and gardens, the prehistoric caves of Lascaux, canoeing down the Dordogne River and world class wineries.

Costs are £850 for a shared room and £1,250 for single occupancy which covers 7 nights accommodation, 2 meals per day (brunch and dinner), an evening of wine tasting and all the yoga. A non-refundable deposit of £300 will be required to secure your place.

Not included in the price are flights, transfers from the airport and additional excursions. Flights go from London Stansted to Bergerac; a 20 min taxi ride gets you to the Chateau.  Get in touch if you’d like more info or would like to book a place.
