Ashtanga Yoga retreat July 8th-15th 2017

Join me for a week of Ashtanga yoga on the stunning island of Ithaca. Enjoy a week of focusing on and deepening your yoga practice and unwind and relax in the beautiful surroundings of Itha 108 (www.itha108.com)

The week includes one led primary class; five morning self practice sessions and three afternoon workshops. Caroline Barranco will be assisting.

Costs are…..

For the main house £1000pp shared room and £1400 single (only a couple of singles available)

The stone house for a couple is £1050pp

Yurts shared is £850pp

Price includes:

Group transit from and to the airport by bus/taxi, sea taxi, ferry

Flights are also not included and free transfer is only available if we travel as a group. Flights depart from Gatwick to Kefalonia at around £300 at 6am
