Autumn Yoga Retreat : Sept 2014

September 2014

Bob and I are leading our second UK retreat this year, this time in the Lake District.  Starting on Sunday 28th Sept and ending on the 3rd October, the retreat will be held in Nab Cottage, a 16th Century cottage surrounded by mountains in the heart of the valley.

The week will include 5 Mysore style morning practice sessions and three afternoon workshops where we will explore the Ashtanga Vinyasa system in depth.

Costing £595 for a shared room and £670 for a single, it will include accommodation, two meals per day (brunch and an early dinner), and all yoga. There is plenty of walking to be had along with a hot tub, sauna, and massages that can be arranged at an extra cost. It is roughly four hours from Euston by train.

Please contact me if you’d like to book a place – there are only a couple of places left.

November 2014

Bob and I are hosting a weekend retreat at the De Vere Denham Grove Hotel in November. Set in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, the hotel is easily accessible by road, train and even tube, and is just to the northwest of London. The weekend will start with a led practice on Friday evening followed by Mysore style self practice sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Workshops will be on Saturday and Sunday afternoons in which some of the threads that run through the Ashtanga Primary and Second Series will be explored.

The price includes all meals, board (all rooms are single occupancy and have double beds in them), and full use of the hotel’s facilities including the pool so you can really unwind and relax.

Cost will be £320 per person – booking now is essential as rooms are limited. Contact me to book a place.
